Emily Ingram, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for talent strategies and organizational capability at Delicato Family Wines. Her focus is helping Delicato maintain a competitive edge by cultivating a high-performance culture to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Before joining Delicato, Ingram worked for NBCUniversal’s Golf Channel, as the head of Human Resources in Orlando, Florida. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Wyndham Vacation Ownership where she worked for 10 years. Ingram also previously led HR initiatives for Shaklee Corporation, Convergys Corporation and Hyatt Hotels.
A graduate of Cornell University, Ingram also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ingram previously served as an advisory board member for Human Resources People & Strategy (HRPS). She has also been a guest speaker and panelist at a variety of events, including the annual Diversity and Inclusion Sports Symposium.
